The kitchen of the Everora casino hotel cooks the food of the Yucatán and the Caribbean coast: fish from the morning boats, cochinita pibil slow-cooked in banana leaves, ceviche with lime and habanero, and corn tortillas pressed every morning.
Breakfast by the pool
Tropical fruit, fresh juices, chilaquiles, eggs any way you like and Mexican coffee — served on the pool terrace until late morning.
Lunch and dinner
Lunch in the shade of the palapa and dinner on the sand by lantern light at dusk. Vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, and the kitchen adapts plates for allergies or dietary needs — please tell us when you reserve.
The Sunset Bar
The bar of the casino resort serves fresh-fruit drinks and cocktails, with live music at weekends. The Sunset Bar is for adults only.
